House to house collection

Refuse generated and stored in the individual household is removed initially by the owner or employee and later by municipal staff,

Storage bin system

Refuse is a collection at specific points or in the storage bins provided by municipal authorities the bins are galvanized iron, mild steel, R.C.C. etc and are placed at suitable locations. The house owner or worker, street sweeper etc. store the refuse in these bins. The stored refuse is then collected by a refuse vehicle at a particular interval and carried to treatment or disposal site.
